Saxan and Sireţ want to advance to National Division

Moldavian football clubs are sprouting like mushrooms after the summer rains. Though the football club business is not very profitable, many people are ready to invest their private finances in football. This is how a club composed of players from Ceadîr-lunga and the Tamai village, Saxan, was founded. The team has existed for six months but already aims to get to the A Division.

Ivan Nedialco, Saxan coach:

 "We are going in the right direction. We have a good team, promising players. Some of them even played in more experienced teams".

Another ambitious newcomer is FC Sireţ. The club started its football biography with building a home arena. The construction works will be over this year and the club will have a 2000-capacity arena with a natural grass field. Moreover, the team has two Black players.

 "Dani Daniel and Basil Frederic are from Nigeria, they came here to help us".

Such teams as Saxan and Sireţ appear in Moldova quite regularly. Perhaps, one of this teams will repeat the heroic effort of Sheriff that turned from B Division team into Moldavian football leaders in the 2000s.
