The fastest disabled runner will attempt to make the Olympics again.
Oscar Pistorius, the South African double amputee called "the fastest man on no legs," failed to qualify for the South African team for the Beijing Olympics.
Pistorius now feels he is running quicker than two years ago to increase his chances of qualifying for London 2012.
Unless another South African shows a better result, Pistorius will make it to the Olympics. Pistorius will also participate in the 100m, 200m and 400 metres sprints in the Paralympics.
