The multiple National Champion and the International Master Boris Nevednicii became the winner of the benevolence tournament „Moldova Suverană".
After 9 performed rounds Nevednicii and Viorel Postolachi gained by 7,5 points each. Nevednicii won the tournament due to some further criteria. Respectively, Postolachi obtained the 2nd place. The last step of the podium was stepped by Victor Romcovici, who managed 6,5 points.Victor Panuş was brilliant among the handicapped sportsmen (4,5 points). The second place was won by Dumitru Stoianov, followed on the third by Victor Jeru (4 points).
The competition gathered 43 sportsmen, the majority of them being handicapped. This tournament is a traditional one.
