Surprising events happen atOlimpia Bălţi. The coach valeriu Pogorelov resisted just three rounds on the technical bench of the squad from the Northern part of the country. And this is despite the fact that Olimpia is on the first position with 7 points.
Pogorelov was changed by Emil Caras, who has till now coached FC Tiraspol. Together with Pogorelov, was dismissed the goalkeepers' coach Nicolae Bunea.
Caras started his football career with the Zarea Bălţi team, in 1985.
Despite, FC Tiraspol, Emil Caras has been the head coach of Dacia Chişinău. Together with his team, Caras reached the final of the Intertoto Cup, being defeated by Hamburg.
