Alexandru Gaţcan scored a goal against the possessors of the UEFA Cup

Rostov rolled on their own field over one of the competition's favourite, Zenit, with a score of 2-1. Gaţcan was the one to send the victorious ball into the posts in the 86th minute. Rostov is on the 7th position in the classment, at a difference of just 2 points from the leader Rubin.

Sergiu Covalciuc did not shine in the lost game of Spartak against Dinamo Moscow, score 0-2. Stanislav Ivanov came out on the field only in the additional time. At the same time Lokomitov was better with 1-0 against those from Spartak Nalcik.

Alexandru Epureanu played integrally, in the victorious match of his team, FC Msocow against Amkar, score 0-1. Triumphant was also  Valeriu Catânsus. Tomi defeated with a score of 2-1 the Terk Groznâi team. Finally, Victor Golovatenco played the whole match of his team Himki against Kubani, score 2-2.
