The Moldavian Ion Vasilache has won the Wrestling Championship in Belarus!

A new gold medal was won by the Moldova National Staff at the International Wrestling Tournament, Grand Prix version, "Invites Alexander Medved," held in Minsk, Belarus.

Within the weight category of 69 kg, juniors, the pupil of the Sports School, Ion Vasilachi, defeated in the final battle the host country representative.

His colleague, Sergiu Lupu, won the second place in weight category of up to 76 kg.

An impressive result was managed by the Moldavian sportsman Ghenadie Tulbea, performing for the roster from Monaco. Ghenadie won the silver medal being overcome in the decisive fight by the Russian Rizvan Gadjiev.

Anatol Guidea, another Moldavian, included in the Bulgarian Staff got just the 20th line of the ranking.
The Junior Tournament gathered over 320 wrestlers, while the seniors one was attended by 200 athletes.

The European Wrestling Championship is to be held in April in Baku, Azerbaijan.
