Moldova was given the right to prepare coaches under the PRO license

On December 10, UEFA Executive Committee at its meeting in the Portuguese city Madeira accepted the joining of the Moldova Football Federation as a new member of the UEFA Coaching Convention, on the PRO level. Together with Moldova, such an honor was offered to Kazakhstan as well. 

From the ex-Soviet countries, the coaching convention until now was joined just by Russia, Ukraine and Estonia.

Throughout the world, already 42 national federations have reached the PRO license level.

The purpose of the convention is to protect the coaching activities and the possibility of free movement of professionals in Europe under the law of the European Union.

UEFA also promotes the exchange of experience and technical skills in the coaches' preparation for the benefit of the football development on the planet.

Thus, each specialist, who gets the PRO license in Moldova, will be able to coach any team in Europe.

We remind you that the first Moldavian to get the PRO license PRO is Mircea Lucescu's helper in Shakhtar Donetsk, Alexandru Spiridon. He got  his license almost 4 years ago in Ukraine.
