Victor Barîşev: "Second team footballers are promising players"

We bring you the interview of Olimpia-2 head coach Victor Barîşev given to the club's official site before the Moldova Championship in Division A.

- How are Olimpia-2 this season?

- Olimpia-2  played like they could under those conditions and with that roster last year. The team has been strengthened with Bălţi football school pupils this season. We have high goals, as always, but we have a lot of work to do. The current players of the Olimpia second team are very promising footballers and I hope that we will not have to recruit any outside players.

- Are there leaders in the team?

- I cannot distinguish anybody yet, we are just watching the players perform and introduce the, to our requirements. They are in the state of transition between junior and senior football and it is always difficult. When the boys start overcoming obstacles, we will distinguish leaders.

- What do you think of the team's chances tomorrow?

- We will be a little strained as two of our players have been called up to the national team and will probably not be able to help the team. I think that the game will be difficult but nobody said that it would be easy.
